He brings 15 years of experience in multiple skill sets. William surpassed sales goals in multiple industries. As a Sales Trainer, William has empowered others to be their best. His philosophy of “get out of the box and stay there” has been essential in framing positive mind-sets. Aurora Marketing Group offers a wide variety of consulting and leadership training. William has attended and co-facilitated various programs from Stephen Covey to Dale Carnegie. And as team member with Charter Medical he worked in the Adult/ Adolescent outdoor therapy program. William spent 12 years with the U.S. Army Active & Reserve. He answered the call during 9-11 and was activated as an Army Medic where he was able to humbly serve others. During this time, he worked in the Dermatology Clinic, Orthopedic Clinic, and served on the Trauma Team in a MASH unit. |
William developed a unique marketing approach, so all of Aurora Marketing Groups’ Independent Sales Representatives have the opportunity to share in ownership in their geographic area. The number one goal for Aurora is to help people become the best they can be. |
After retiring from 24 years in the U.S. Air Force, Tammy is proud to be the CEO of Aurora Marketing Group, LLC.
She has extensive Logistics Management experience and is a recognized expert in integrated logistics strategies with experience in material management, distribution management, supply chain management (SCM), transportation, shipping/receiving and customer support. Tammy has always demonstrated excellence in exceeding goals and providing a high-level of customer satisfaction. She continuously strives to contribute to the growth and efficient operation of Aurora Marketing Group, LLC.
Her philosophy is “we do our best to serve our customers with the highest degree of accuracy and integrity. If we make a mistake, we are the first to acknowledge it and make it right…customer satisfaction is paramount”.
Will developed his leadership ability through his exemplary 20+ year career in the U.S. Air Force. He’s traveled the world over and experienced many different societies and cultures.
After retiring from the Air Force, he began his corporate career with one of the top three defense contractors in the world. He’s earned numerous “Certificates of Excellence” and directly contributed to consistently high contractual award fees for this defense giant. Will is well versed in negotiating contracts and procuring the best products for our valued Aurora Marketing Group customers. Will brings many years of upper management experience and is an expert logistician.
Will believes highly in personal development and the entrepreneur spirit. His philosophy is that you can achieve anything as long as you believe in your heart you can. He believes that if an opportunity is afforded to you then you should step outside your comfort zone and take action. He feels by taking action you can improve the quality of your life. Chances are you’ll be surprised at the outcome.
